The University of Kalba’s College of Sport Science invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor in Sport Rehabilitation. Position Overview:
The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high-quality teaching, practical instruction, and academic support across the undergraduate program within the College. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will possess strong pedagogical skills, a commitment to student-centered learning, and a passion for promoting health, fitness, and sport education.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching:

• First and foremost, teach undergraduate courses in areas of sport rehabilitation, sports injury management, and related disciplines
• Additionally, conduct practical sessions and field-based activities that enhance students’ applied learning
• Furthermore, integrate technology and digital tools into teaching
• Moreover, utilize student-centered learning approaches

Research & Scholarship:

• In addition, engage in research and scholarly activities
• Furthermore, maintain a strong research record in sport rehabilitation
• Additionally, contribute to the advancement of sport science knowledge

Professional Practice:

• Moreover, apply professional license in sport rehabilitation or sport therapy to enhance teaching and practice
• Furthermore, maintain professional engagement in sport, sport science, and sport rehabilitation practice
• Additionally, align instruction with international standards in sport rehabilitation education

Required Qualifications:

• To begin with, candidates must have a PhD in Sport Rehabilitation or Sport Science from an accredited institution
• Furthermore, demonstrated teaching experience at the university level
• Additionally, evidence of professional engagement in sport, sport science, and sport rehabilitation practice
• Moreover, a professional license in sport rehabilitation or sport therapy is required
• Furthermore, a strong research record in the field
• Additionally, experience integrating technology and digital tools into teaching
• Moreover, familiarity with international standards in sport rehabilitation education
• Finally, certification in sport rehabilitation or sport therapy is required
