Skyline University College in Dubai invites applications for an Entrepreneurship Professor job in Dubai at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level. This full-time renewable contract position offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced academic to shape future entrepreneurs while contributing to high-quality education and research in one of Dubai’s leading educational institutions.

About the Role:


The successful candidate will join the entrepreneurship faculty to deliver innovative teaching, conduct impactful research, and contribute to program development while mentoring the next generation of business innovators and entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Curriculum Development:

  • Deliver high-quality instruction in entrepreneurship and related disciplines
  • Develop innovative teaching materials and learning resources
  • Mentor and support students with diverse learning needs
  • Contribute to curriculum development and program enhancement

Research & Scholarship:

  • Conduct and publish research in top-tier journals (Scopus, ABDC)
  • Maintain strong research track record in entrepreneurship
  • Supervise student research projects and initiatives
  • Participate in academic conferences and knowledge sharing

Academic Leadership:

  • Participate in academic administration and committee work
  • Contribute to student club activities and entrepreneurship initiatives
  • Engage in community service and industry outreach
  • Support accreditation and quality assurance processes

Student Development:

  • Provide academic advising and career guidance
  • Support student entrepreneurship projects and startups
  • Foster industry connections and internship opportunities
  • Develop students’ practical entrepreneurship skills

Qualifications:


Education:

  • Doctoral degree in Entrepreneurship or related discipline
  • Excellent academic track record
  • Relevant professional memberships and certifications

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years teaching and research experience
  • At least 2 years academic administration experience
  • Strong publication record in Scopus/ABDC journals
  • Experience with diverse student populations
