Assistant/Associate Professor of Decision Science/Management – Specialization: Artificial Intelligence (AI) – Fall 2025

The School of Business at the American University in Dubai (AUD) invites applications for a full-time faculty position for an Assistant Professor or Associate Professor of Decision Science/Management with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to begin teaching in Fall 2025. This is a key opportunity for an AI in business expert to join a leading university in Dubai, UAE.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and MBA courses, maintain an active research agenda in AI applications for business, and contribute to curriculum development. Responsibilities also include student advising and service to the school and community.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A Doctorate degree (PhD) in Decision Sciences, Management, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field from a Western-accredited institution.
• A strong record of research publication and teaching excellence in the relevant field.
• Proficiency in applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) in business practices and/or academic research.
• Excellent knowledge in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
• Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be a collaborative team player and contribute to the School of Business’s continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications & Advantages:

• A relevant professional designation or certification (e.g., in AI, analytics, or management).
• Experience in consulting for business organizations and industry.
