About the Role:
The faculty member will join the Department of Orthodontic and Pediatric Dentistry, delivering high-quality teaching, leading program development, and conducting innovative research in orthodontics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver didactic and clinical teaching in orthodontics
• Develop and administer the MSc/Residency in Orthodontics program
• Conduct and publish research in leading peer-reviewed journals
• Supervise postgraduate research projects
• Provide clinical supervision at HBMCDM-affiliated facilities
• Contribute to department initiatives and college committees
• Engage with the international academic community
• Maintain ethical and professional standards

Essential Requirements:

• PhD or equivalent qualification in Orthodontics
• Specialist dental qualification in Orthodontics
• Certification from recognized professional organization (American Board/UK/Australian/Canadian Royal Colleges)
• Proven experience in postgraduate teaching and clinical supervision
• Strong research profile in orthodontics
• Academic leadership experience
• Eligibility for DHA specialist/consultant registration
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
