NYU Abu Dhabi’s Division of Social Science invites applications for a tenure-track junior faculty position in Comparative Politics and Political Economy. We are seeking an emerging scholar with a promising research trajectory and a passion for teaching within our globally ranked, interdisciplinary liberal arts environment.

This position is open with regard to substantive and regional focus. We strongly encourage applications from female scholars and members of groups traditionally underrepresented in political science.

As a faculty member, you will:

Qualifications:

• A Ph.D. in Political Science or a closely related field must be completed by August 1, 2026.
• A demonstrated potential for developing a strong record of scholarship and leading high-quality research.
• A commitment to innovative and effective teaching in a diverse, liberal arts setting.
