Position Summary

The Faculty of Business – Marketing will contribute to advancing the curriculum of Marketing, ensuring its delivery, industry relevance, and adherence to high international standards. In addition to teaching, the faculty plays a role in meeting the division’s research goals and objectives, using research activities to inform teaching and develop students’ analytical and problem-solving skills.

The candidate will play an active role in curriculum development, assessment, and evaluation. The curriculum is taught within an applied student-centric learning environment that fosters respect for students, their culture, and their traditions. Faculty are active participants in academic and extracurricular events at the College and within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and develop curriculum for Marketing programs.
• Conduct research to inform teaching practices.
• Develop students’ analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Participate in academic and community events.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A Ph.D. or a Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• A professional certification relevant to the marketing discipline (e.g., Digital Marketing, CIM, PMP).
• A minimum of 5 years of combined teaching and industry experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
• Experience in developing course curriculum as per accreditation and international standards.
• Appropriate academic professional qualifications as required.
