About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished legal scholar with deep expertise in areas critical to the modern financial landscape. The ideal candidate will contribute to our graduate and undergraduate programs, with a primary focus on:

• Financial Crime Law (Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Terrorist Financing)
• Banking & Finance Law
• Bribery & Corruption Law
• Corporate Governance & Compliance
• Competition Law
• Fintech & Financial Regulation

This role offers visa sponsorship and is available for an immediate start or from January 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver high-quality courses in financial crime, banking, and compliance.
• Conduct impactful legal research and publish in reputable, Scopus-indexed journals.
• Supervise graduate student theses and research projects.
• Contribute to curriculum development and program accreditation.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to a diverse student body.
• Participate in university service and community engagement.

Job Requirements:

• A PhD in Law, specializing in Financial Crime Law, Banking & Finance Law, Compliance, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of two years of university-level teaching experience.
• A proven research record with publications in Scopus-indexed journals.
• A degree from a reputable, accredited university.
• Full professional fluency in English (both oral and written); Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and digital teaching tools.
