Job Description

The Electrical Engineering Department at Alfaisal University invites applications for full-time faculty positions. The department seeks qualified candidates with expertise in electronic and computer engineering, communications, and networks to join an ABET-accredited program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Available Positions:

1. Assistant, Associate or Full Professor

• Qualifications: Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field with comprehensive knowledge of electrical circuits and engineering principles
• Requirements: Prior teaching experience in courses and labs, strong research background with external grant success, and student mentoring experience
• Preferred: Expertise in communications, networks, and accreditation framework experience

2. Instructor or Lecturer

• Qualifications: MSc in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Requirements: Experience in lab sessions, classroom teaching, and course development
• Preferred: Familiarity with accreditation procedures and industry partnership development

Key Responsibilities for All Positions:

• Deliver student-centered instruction at undergraduate and graduate levels
• Participate in departmental and college committee assignments
• Engage in research activities and publication (for Professor ranks)
• Develop industry relationships and support student internships
• Contribute to accreditation processes and curriculum development
