The Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) in the UAE invites applications for a Faculty position in Logistics and Supply Chain Management within our Business division. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction in Logistics and Supply Chain Management using innovative, student-centric teaching methodologies
• Develop and enhance curriculum to meet international accreditation standards and industry demands
• Conduct applied research to inform teaching practices and develop students’ analytical and problem-solving skills
• Participate actively in curriculum assessment, evaluation, and continuous improvement processes
• Mentor students and provide academic guidance to support their professional development
• Contribute to policy development and participate in college and community events
• Integrate current industry practices and emerging supply chain technologies into the learning environment

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• A Ph.D. in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related field OR a Master’s Degree with relevant professional certification and 5 years of combined teaching and industry experience
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in logistics/supply chain management
• Experience in developing course curriculum according to international accreditation standards
• Appropriate academic professional qualifications as required
