Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU) in Dubai invites applications for a full-time Assistant/Associate Professor in Management to join our School of Business and Quality Management. We seek an accomplished scholar with expertise in Quality Management and Innovation to drive our mission of delivering high-quality, innovative smart learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach engaging undergraduate and graduate courses in Quality Management, with opportunities to teach in Innovation, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship.
• Design and develop high-quality instructional materials and e-content for smart learning platforms.
• Mentor and advise students throughout their academic journey, providing guidance and support.
• Create and deliver professional short courses and workshops for industry professionals and communities.
• Conduct and publish high-impact research in top-tier, peer-reviewed management journals.
• Pursue external funding opportunities to support research in management and associated fields.
• Contribute to academic program accreditation and school service activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A Ph.D. in Management from an AACSB-accredited institution.
• A demonstrated record of successful teaching in higher education, preferably at an AACSB-accredited university.
• Ability to teach courses in Quality Management; willingness to teach Innovation, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship is highly preferred.
• Experience in online/e-learning environments is advantageous.
• Proven capability to integrate industry insights into curriculum and classroom instruction.
• Strong research profile with high-quality publications in management-related fields.
• For the Associate Professor rank, a minimum of 5 years of academic experience and evidence of holding the same title is required.
