Key Responsibilities:

• Teach engaging graduate-level courses using advanced online learning platforms and innovative educational technologies.
• Design and develop cutting-edge instructional materials, e-content, and curricula for the field of Educational Technology.
• Mentor and advise graduate students, providing guidance throughout their academic and professional journeys.
• Create and lead professional development short courses and workshops for educators and industry communities.
• Conduct and publish significant research in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals on educational technology.
• Secure external funding by developing and submitting persuasive research proposals.
• Support academic program accreditation and contribute to the service mission of the school and university.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A Ph.D. in Educational Technology from an accredited university where English is the language of instruction.
• A demonstrated record of successful teaching experience at the university level.
• Expertise in teaching at the graduate level is essential.
• Required experience in online and e-learning environments.
• A proven ability to integrate current industry insights and practices into curriculum and instruction.
• Experience in developing and delivering professional workshops is essential.
• A strong research profile with high-quality publications in educational technology.
• For the Associate Professor rank, a minimum of 5 years of post-PhD academic experience and evidence of holding the same title is required.
