Key Responsibilities:

• Teach engaging undergraduate and graduate accounting courses using advanced online learning platforms and innovative smart technologies.
• Design and develop high-quality instructional materials, e-content, and a cutting-edge curriculum for the Accounting program.
• Guide, advise, and mentor students throughout their academic journeys, providing crucial support and expertise.
• Create and lead professional short courses and workshops for specific target groups and the wider accounting community.
• Conduct and publish original research in high-quality, peer-reviewed accounting journals. We encourage you to pursue and secure funding for research projects.
• Support academic program accreditation and contribute to the overall growth and excellence of the school.

Qualifications & Skills:

• You must hold a Ph.D. in Accounting from an AACSB-accredited institution.
• You need to demonstrate a proven record of successful teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels at an AACSB-accredited university.
• For the Associate Professor rank, you must possess a minimum of 5 years of university-level academic experience and provide evidence of holding the same title.
• You should maintain a strong research profile with high-quality publications in the field of Accounting.
• We prefer candidates with experience in online or e-learning environments.
• You must demonstrate the ability to integrate practical industry insights into curriculum development and classroom instruction.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering professional workshops is highly valued.
• A professional accounting certificate (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a significant advantage.
