Job Description

Kingdom University in Bahrain invites applications for an Associate Professor position in Business Management or Business Administration. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to business education at a dynamic university in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Position Overview:
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong academic qualifications, teaching excellence, and research productivity. Priority consideration will be given to Bahraini candidates who meet the specified qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Business Management and Business Administration
• Develop and update curriculum aligned with program learning outcomes
• Conduct research and publish in peer-reviewed journals
• Mentor and advise students in their academic journey
• Contribute to administrative tasks within the educational field
• Collaborate effectively with students and colleagues
• Engage in academic and professional development activities

Required Qualifications:

• PhD in Business Management or Business Administration from an accredited institution
• English and Arabic Language fluency (Bilingual)
• Academic and Industrial Experiences are required
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at the Higher Education Level
• Written and approved promotion letter to the rank of “Associate Professor”
• Solid research interests and publications in the field
• Effective communication skills with students and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications:

• Administrative experience within the educational field (advantage)
• Bahraini nationality (priority consideration)

• Copy of Passport
• Copy of CPR (for Bahraini residents)
• Updated CV with listed publications
• Written and approved promotion letter to the rank “Associate Professor”
• Positive Quadrabay report for all academic credentials (where applicable)
• Experience letters
