Although this is not a management role, the position requires structured coordination, follow-up, problem solving, communication, programme support, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Strategic Leadership and Management Specialization from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign may therefore be useful for professionals seeking to strengthen their broader organisational and communication skills.
