The College of Business Administration invites applications for faculty positions from accomplished PhD holders in Management. Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Scholarship:

• Conduct original, high-impact research in management disciplines
• Design and lead independent research projects
• Publish in reputable, peer-reviewed journals (Scopus/ABDC indexed)
• Present research findings at international conferences
• Secure external research funding and grants
• Collaborate with academic and industry partners on interdisciplinary projects

Teaching & Supervision:

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate management courses
• Implement innovative teaching methods including blended and experiential learning
• Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and internships
• Mentor students and support academic development

Service & Academic Leadership:

• Contribute to curriculum development and program enhancement
• Participate in departmental committees and institutional governance
• Support AACSB accreditation processes and quality assurance
• Engage in community outreach and industry partnerships

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• PhD in Management or closely related discipline from accredited institution
• Strong publication record in internationally recognized journals
• Demonstrated excellence in university-level teaching
• Experience with student supervision and academic mentoring
• Commitment to research excellence and scholarly activities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AACSB, EQUIS, or similar accreditation standards
• Record of securing research funding
• Industry collaboration and applied research experience
• Intercultural competence and diverse environment adaptability
