Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and coordinate introductory Marine Biology courses (101-level)
  • Conduct and supervise laboratory sessions for undergraduate students
  • Prepare laboratory materials and maintain safety compliance standards
  • Develop and update teaching materials and curriculum content
  • Assess student performance and provide academic feedback
  • Collaborate with faculty to enhance laboratory operations and student engagement

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Marine Biology, Biology, or closely related field
  • Strong background in practical laboratory instruction at undergraduate level
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Commitment to high-quality, student-centered teaching approaches
  • Ability to coordinate multiple course sections effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PhD in Marine Biology or related discipline
