Qatar University’s College of Business and Economics invites applications for Faculty positions in Information Systems at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank. We seek accomplished information systems scholars with expertise in contemporary technologies and a commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver innovative information systems courses at undergraduate and graduate levels
- Conduct cutting-edge research in information systems and related technologies
- Participate in departmental, college, and university service activities
- Engage with industry partners and the technology community
- Contribute to curriculum development in emerging technology areas
- Support AACSB accreditation standards through scholarly activities
- Mentor students in technology career development and research projects
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- PhD in Information Systems or closely related field (completed or anticipated) from an accredited institution
- Teaching experience and established research record preferred
- Knowledge of AACSB accreditation standards advantageous
- Expertise in contemporary information systems domains
- Ability to teach in English (language of instruction for Information Systems)
