Job title: Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Management | Qatar University
Qatar University’s College of Business and Economics invites applications for Faculty positions in Management at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank. We seek accomplished management scholars with demonstrated teaching excellence and research productivity to contribute to our collegial, intellectually stimulating academic community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction in management courses across undergraduate and graduate programs
- Maintain an active research agenda with publications in recognized academic journals
- Participate in departmental, college, and university service activities
- Contribute to curriculum development and program enhancement initiatives
- Support AACSB accreditation maintenance through scholarly and teaching activities
- Engage in student mentorship and academic advising
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- PhD in Management or related field (completed or anticipated) from an accredited institution
- Demonstrated teaching experience and established research record required
- Knowledge of AACSB accreditation standards preferred
- Ability to teach in both Arabic and English required (except for Information Systems positions)
- Commitment to innovative pedagogy and student-centered learning approaches
