Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach advanced doctoral courses in Quality 4.0, quantitative research methods, service excellence, and strategy using state-of-the-art smart learning platforms.
  • Lead the development and continuous innovation of a cutting-edge curriculum that incorporates emerging trends like digital transformation and the experience economy.
  • Publish seminal research in high-impact, Scopus-indexed journals, applying multidisciplinary approaches that integrate data analytics, IT, and social sciences to solve modern quality challenges.
  • Mentor and supervise PhD candidates through their dissertations, providing expert guidance on rigorous research methodologies and ethical practices.
  • Design and deliver professional workshops and seminars for industry practitioners in the field of quality management.
  • Drive program accreditation efforts and contribute to academic governance to enhance the program’s global reputation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A Ph.D. in a field directly relevant to Quality Management (e.g., Operations Management, Business Administration) from an AACSB-accredited institution.
  • Expertise in teaching graduate-level courses in Quantitative Research Methods, Quality Management, Innovation, Strategy, and Technology.
  • A strong, sustained research profile with a proven track record of publications in top-tier, Scopus-indexed journals.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring and supervising doctoral candidates to successful completion.
  • Proficiency in online teaching and integrating smart technologies into pedagogical and research practices.
  • Experience in developing and leading professional training is highly valued.
