Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU) in Dubai invites applications for a dedicated Assistant or Associate Professor in Human Resource Management to join our innovative academic team. This full-time faculty position ideal for a passionate educator and researcher who wants to advance the field of HR.

As a key faculty member, you will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, learner-centric smart education. This role requires your presence on our modern Dubai campus, where you will help shape the next generation of HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach engaging undergraduate and graduate courses in Human Resource Management using advanced online learning platforms and smart technologies.
• Design, develop, and update cutting-edge instructional materials and e-content for the HRM program.
• Guide, advise, and mentor students throughout their educational journey.
• Create and facilitate professional short courses and workshops for target groups and the wider business community.
• Publish your research findings in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals and pursue funding opportunities for HR-related research.
• Support program accreditation and other activities that ensure the growth and excellence of our academic offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• You must hold a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from an AACSB-accredited institution.
• You need to demonstrate a proven record of successful teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels at an AACSB-accredited university.
• For the Associate Professor rank, you must possess a minimum of 5 years of university-level academic experience. Your most recent institution must have granted you the same title.
• You should maintain a strong research profile with high-quality publications in the field of Human Resource Management.
• We prefer candidates with experience in online or e-learning environments.
• You must demonstrate the ability to integrate real-world industry insights into curriculum and teaching.
• Experience in developing and delivering professional workshops is a plus.
