Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University (PMU) invites applications for a EFL/ESL/TESOL/TEFL Instructor Job in Saudi Arabia – PMU Preparatory Program Instructor job in Saudi Arabia within the Preparatory for Health and Medical Program. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a bridge program preparing students for health and medical degree programs in a dynamic international university environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing future healthcare professionals through English language and study skills instruction.

About the Role:

The Instructor will deliver comprehensive instruction in English language and study skills, specifically tailored for students preparing for health and medical degree programs. This position requires a strong foundation in ESL/EFL teaching with specific focus on health sciences preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach 22 contact hours per week across various English language courses
• Provide instruction in Study Skills including Microsoft Office applications
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with program outcomes
• Maintain accurate student records and assessment data
• Participate in professional development and program committee work
• Contribute to curriculum development and accreditation processes
• Provide student support through office hours and academic advising
• Utilize Blackboard Learning Management System effectively

Qualifications & Experience:

• PhD or Master’s degree in EFL/ESL/TESOL/TEFL (required)
• Minimum 3 years university-level ESL/EFL teaching experience
• Native or near-native English proficiency
• Experience teaching ESP for medical/health sciences students (preferred)
• Middle East/Gulf region teaching experience (advantageous)
• CELTA/TEFL/TESOL certification (required for certain degree backgrounds)
• Flexibility to teach evenings and weekends as required
