Abu Dhabi University’s College of Law is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following faculty positions:

·        Professor or Associate Professor of Civil Law

Criteria you must have:

1. Minimum Years of Experience Required/ Nature of Relevant Experience Required

a)     Associate Professor

·        Have a doctoral or equivalent qualification in Civil Law from an accredited institution.

·        Have demonstrated significant scholarly or creative accomplishments appropriate to his/her discipline.

·        He/she should have had at least five years of full-time teaching and research experience as Assistant professor.

b)     Professor

·        Have a doctoral or equivalent qualification in Civil Law from an accredited institution,

·        Have achieved all of the qualifications for Associate Professor.

·        Have achieved a record of international distinction in the academic or creative aspects of his/her field, especially research.

·        Have demonstrated excellent teaching ability and shown continuing active engagement with students in and outside the classroom.

·        Have had at least ten years of full-time teaching and research experience in a university or college.

2.      Language Skills

·       English is a must

·        Arabicisa must

3.      Special Skills and abilities

·        Communication/Teaching Skills, Presentation Skills, Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
