Visiting Professors in Human Resource Management – Emirates Aviation University (EAU)

Job Purpose

Candidates for Visiting Professor in Human Resource Management must have a terminal/doctoral degree in Human Resource Management or a closely related area, and either a strong record of research and scholarly activity or significant professional experience as a practitioner in an applied discipline. Candidates must be research-active in their field, publish their research findings in well-recognized journals, and have prior supervisory experience (at master’s level). Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated excellent research and teaching at the graduate level. Relevant industrial experience will be considered an advantage.

Language Requirement: English is the language of instruction and communication (IELTS 7.5 or equivalent as evidence).
