Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develops and follows up on marketing material for the University as per the direction of supervisor.
- Assists in monitoring University’s electronic marketing efforts including supervision of the website design and maintenance.
- Follows up with all DAH schools, centers and Alumna office in providing marketing material for promotional purposes and website content.
- Sets and manages all internal marketing request queries to agreed deadlines.
- Ensures effective control of marketing campaigns, and takes corrective action to ensure objectives are met.
- Ensures the implementation of all marketing material of DAH schools and centers to be within DAH brand guidelines.
- Follows up with the agreed marketing plan for the Continuing Education Department (CED).
- Analyzes the CED marketing campaign performance to determine effectiveness of the marketing efforts.
- Sets an event calendar to represent DAH at particular events to raise the public’s awareness and build the brand image of the University.
- Coordinates and attend meetings of DAH schools to perform duties and provide marketing assistance as needed.
- Ensures great customer service standards are being implemented to all functions of DAH schools and centers.
- Oversees and evaluates market research to keep up with the market changes and competitiveness.
- Monitors marketing activities of competitors.
- Taps into unforeseen opportunities, and recommends necessary changes.
- Provides recommendation and action plans based on the vision and future requirements.

Relevant Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the marketing field
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing
