Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and support all HR operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Experienced in managing all HR operations, including recruitment, government relations, and employee services.
- Manage government portals such as Qiwa, GOSI and Mudad, ensuring full compliance with regulations and labor laws
- Prepare and update employee records, contracts, and official documents
- Maintain effective communication between HR and other departments to resolve employee issues promptly
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and official correspondences
- Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and orientation processes
