Job Description

General Requirement:

• To begin with, candidates must have a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline

Professor

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Ph.D. or equivalent in a discipline relevant to the position
• Track record of excellence in teaching
• Minimum of 15 years of teaching experience, of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor
• Ability to interact with a diverse student body and executives
• Record of publications in standard refereed journals
• Ability to undertake research independently and guide Ph.D. scholars
• High research, training, and/or consulting credentials

Associate Professor

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Ph.D. or equivalent in a discipline relevant to the position
• Track record of excellence in teaching
• Minimum of 10 years of experience, of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor
• Ability to interact with a diverse student body and executives
• Ability to undertake research independently
• A reasonable record of research publications is desirable

Assistant Professor

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Ph.D. or equivalent in a discipline relevant to the position
• At least 3 years of corporate/research/academic experience
• Ability to interact with a diverse student body
• Note: For candidates with a fellowship or Ph.D. from a reputed university/institute, the 3-year experience requirement may be waived

Lecturer

Position Overview:

• Academic personnel who have recently completed their Ph.D. may be appointed as Lecturers
• Responsibilities and workload will include academic and administrative contributions as assigned by the Director and Dean-Academics
• Publication requirement: Such recruited faculty will be required to publish in ABDC-ranked journals to be considered for the rank of Assistant Professor
