Position Overview:

The College seeks a faculty candidate with a strong research record in Cybersecurity to strengthen current research programs and create new multidisciplinary initiatives. The successful candidate will complement and enhance existing research while contributing to undergraduate and graduate education.

Research Focus Areas:

• Cybersecurity and information assurance
• Network security and cryptography
• Threat detection and incident response
• Secure systems design and architecture
• Privacy-preserving technologies

• Critical infrastructure protection

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-impact research in Cybersecurity and related areas
• Publish research findings in Q1 journals and top-tier conferences
• Secure research funding through competitive grant proposals
• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses across cybersecurity programs
• Supervise student research at both undergraduate and graduate levels
• Collaborate with faculty across multiple departments and programs
• Contribute to multidisciplinary research initiatives and partnerships

Required Qualifications:

• PhD in Cybersecurity or closely related field from a reputable university
• Established record of discipline-specific research publications in Q1 journals and top conferences
• Demonstrated experience writing and securing research grants
• Evidence of excellence in teaching and student supervision
• Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and departments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong publication record in top-tier Cybersecurity venues
