Position Title: College Registrar

Salary and rank: Salary and rank are commensurate with education and experience.

Appointment type: Non-academic, annual basis (renewable)

Starting Date: The preferred start date for successful candidates to join is January 2025

Responsibilities and Expectations

1. Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in college or university registration, enrollment management, or student services
2. Familiarity and experience with electronic student registration systems
3. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
5. Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and administrators
6. Participation in professional development workshops, conferences, and training related to registrar functions and best practices
7. Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures
8. Familiarity with transfer credit evaluation and articulation agreements
9. Knowledge of international education and study abroad programs

Eligibility Conditions for College Registrar: The candidate should:

1. Master’s degree in higher education administration, student affairs, or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field may be acceptable with extensive experience
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar field
