Abu Dhabi University invites applications for a dedicated and accomplished Associate Professor of Education in Educational Technologies and AI to join the College of Arts, Education & Social Sciences at the Abu Dhabi Campus. This full-time faculty position plays a pivotal role in advancing the university’s mission through excellence in teaching, research, and leadership.

Position Overview:
The successful candidate will report to the Dean and will be responsible for delivering high-quality, learner-centered instruction to undergraduate and postgraduate students, ensuring adherence to academic quality and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, learner-centered instruction in Educational Technologies and AI
• Ensure academic quality and accreditation standards
• Contribute to impactful research and scholarly publications
• Seek external funding to support research endeavors
• Coordinate programs and mentor faculty and students
• Participate in strategic initiatives enhancing student success and employability
• Engage with industry and external partners
• Support institutional development

Required Qualifications:

• PhD in Educational Technology, AI in Education, or closely related field
• Associate Professor rank with proven research and teaching track record
• Strong commitment to student success and employability
• Collaborative leadership approach
