Abu Dhabi University invites applications for a dedicated and accomplished Assistant Professor of Education in Educational Leadership to join the College of Arts, Education & Social Sciences at the Abu Dhabi Campus. This full-time faculty position plays a pivotal role in advancing the university’s mission through excellence in teaching, research, and leadership.

Position Overview:
The successful candidate will report to the Dean and will be responsible for delivering high-quality, learner-centered instruction to undergraduate and postgraduate students, ensuring adherence to academic quality and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Educational Leadership
• Ensure appropriate student support and high-performance levels
• Head research in specialized area to enhance ADU’s profile
• Contribute to knowledge development of local and international community
• Engage in diverse pedagogical methods and instructional strategies
• Support students in their holistic development
• Contribute to impactful research and scholarly publications
• Seek external funding for research endeavors

Required Qualifications:

• PhD in Educational Leadership, Education, or closely related field
• Strong commitment to teaching excellence and student success
• Active research agenda with potential for impact
