Emirates Aviation University (EAU) invites applications for highly motivated full-time and permanent faculty positions in Aviation Strategy and Air Transport Management. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to aviation education at a leading institution in the UAE.

Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated faculty members who demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in teaching and research and a dedication to contributing to the academic community at EAU. The successful candidate will join the Faculty of Business Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction in Aviation Strategy and Air Transport Management
• Develop and enhance curriculum in aviation-related business disciplines
• Conduct research and publish in reputable academic journals
• Mentor and advise students in their academic and professional development
• Contribute to program development and continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in departmental and university service activities
• Engage with the aviation industry and professional communities

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English
• Verifiable PhD degree in a relevant field of study from a reputable university (Master’s degrees considered for exceptional candidates)
• Demonstrated track record in teaching and research (3-5 years)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to meet the employment visa requirements of the UAE
