Qualifications Required

• Ph.D. in Public Law or a closely related legal discipline from an accredited institution
• Strong record of published legal research and scholarship

Experience Required

• Teaching experience in law at the university level
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
• Experience with legal accreditation processes
• Practical legal experience (judicial, governmental, or advocacy)

• Strong analytical and legal reasoning capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to supervise student research and moot court activities
• Research competence in public law and constitutional law

Roles and Responsibilities

As Assistant Professor in Public Law, the successful candidate will:

• Teach undergraduate courses in Public Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and related subjects
• Conduct research and publish in recognized legal journals
• Supervise student research projects and moot court activities
• Participate in curriculum development and accreditation processes
