Key Responsibilities:
Teaching:
- Deliver undergraduate and graduate courses across Business Administration programs
- Develop and update curriculum aligned with National Qualification Framework standards
- Apply student-centered teaching methodologies and quality assurance processes
- Contribute to course specification and academic assessment initiatives
Research:
- Maintain active scholarship and research engagement
- Publish in recognized academic journals
- Develop research strength in specialized business domains
- Pursue research collaborations with industry partners
Academic Service:
- Participate in institutional and college committees
- Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement
- Support accreditation processes and program review
- Collaborate with academic and administrative colleagues
Community Engagement:
- Establish professional relationships with industry partners
- Develop initiatives bridging academia and business practice
- Contribute to professional organizations and networks
Qualifications:
- PhD in Business Administration or related discipline from an internationally accredited institution (AACSB accreditation preferred)
- Professional membership in relevant Business Administration organizations (desirable)
Experience:
- Minimum three years teaching experience in Business Administration at undergraduate or graduate levels
- Demonstrated research profile with publication potential in recognized journals
- Expertise in quality assurance and course specification aligned with National Qualification Framework
- Professional or industrial background in business-related domains
- Curriculum development and academic assessment experience
