The School of Business at the American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) invites applications for a faculty position in Business Analytics. This position begins in Spring 2026 and offers opportunities to teach in AACSB-accredited programs in the UAE.

Position Overview:
The School of Business seeks a dedicated scholar with expertise in Business Analytics to contribute to undergraduate and graduate programs. The successful candidate will join an AACSB-accredited institution focused on teaching excellence, research impact, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Business Analytics courses at undergraduate and graduate levels
• Develop and deliver curriculum for Business Analytics specialization
• Maintain active research program meeting AACSB “scholarly academic” standards
• Mentor students and provide academic guidance
• Contribute to university service and committee participation
• Engage with business community and professional organizations
• Support AACSB accreditation maintenance and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Earned doctorate in Business Analytics or closely related field from an accredited university
• Established research record appropriate for academic rank
• Demonstrated university teaching experience in Business Analytics
• Record of professional or community service
• Ability to meet AACSB scholarly academic classification standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
