The Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) in the UAE invites applications for a Faculty position in Business Analytics within our Business division. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape the future of data-driven business education in a dynamic, applied learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction in Business Analytics using innovative, student-centric teaching methodologies.
• Develop and enhance curriculum to meet international accreditation standards and align with industry needs.
• Conduct applied research to inform teaching practices and advance students’ analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Participate actively in curriculum assessment, evaluation, and continuous improvement processes.
• Mentor students and provide academic guidance to support their professional development.
• Contribute to the development of academic policies and participate in college and community events.
• Integrate current industry practices and technologies into the learning environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• A Ph.D. in Business Analytics or a related field OR a Master’s Degree with a relevant professional certification and 5 years of combined teaching and industry experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in business analytics or a closely related field.
• Experience in developing course curriculum according to international and accreditation standards.
• Appropriate academic professional qualifications as required.
