Job Description

Job Title: Postdoctoral Fellow in Marketing & Entrepreneurship

Institution : UAE University

Location: UAE

Master and doctorate degrees in Entrepreneurship/Business/Management or related field (s) from an accredited, well-established university approved by the UAE Ministry of Education – Strong knowledge of entrepreneurship/business fundamentals, with research experience in family business being a plus. – Command over qualitative and quantitative research methods, with expertise in at least one, is mandatory – Published paper (s) in the field of Business/Family Business Management/Entrepreneurship – Good communication and networking skills – Previous experience in dealing with students, academic scholars, entrepreneurs, professionals etc., for data collection – Previous Research Assistant experience is a plus – Ability to handle multiple tasks (research, journal submission and administrative) with deadlines – Candidates who are already residing in the UAE (employment/Study/dependent/golden visa) will be preferred – Contract duration: Two years (with yearly renewal upon performance and mutual agreement) – Joining date: Within a month (approx)
