Job Description

Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University (PMU) invites applications for an Assistant/Associate/Full Professor position in Business Analytics within the College of Business Administration (COBA).

About the College:
COBA has experienced remarkable growth since its inception in 2006 and is now a premier business school offering five undergraduate majors and two graduate programs. The College progresses comfortably in its pursuit of AACSB accreditation and seeks to support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 master plan.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

• Doctorate degree in Business Analytics or closely related field from an accredited Western residential university
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience post-graduation in Business Analytics
• Minimum 3 years demonstrated teaching excellence in English-medium programs
• Active research record evidenced by publications in refereed journals and conferences
• Experience in Analytics, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Business Intelligence, MySQL, Machine Learning, and Advanced Excel
• Experience using management applications/tools, simulation techniques, and innovative teaching methods (flipped classroom)
• Ability to deliver “microcredentials” in analytics
• Active researcher in Analytics

Preferred:

• PhD holders from AACSB-accredited universities
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Strong willingness to engage in service to university and community
• Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity
• Experience with AACSB accreditation (highly beneficial)
• Familiarity with technology-infused academic environments
• Previous experience in Middle East and GCC countries (added bonus)

Additional Requirements for Associate/Full Professor:

• Letter of promotion from an academic institution with documented due process

• Participate in comprehensive advisement of students
• Contribute to overall work of College and external organizations
• Effectively contribute to management and administrative processes
• Participate in, manage, or lead major initiatives for accreditation
• Participate in recruitment, management, development, and mentoring of colleagues
