Job Description

The College of Arts and Sciences at the American University of Kuwait (AUK) invites applications from qualified candidates for Adjunct Faculty positions across a wide range of academic disciplines.

Teaching may be delivered through face-to-face courses or an online platform. Adjunct faculty are expected to demonstrate effective approaches to instructing, managing, motivating, and evaluating students.

Teaching Responsibilities

Adjunct faculty may teach courses through:

• Face-to-face classroom delivery.
• Online teaching platforms.

Faculty members are expected to have knowledge of effective methods for:

• Instructing students.

• Evaluating student performance.

Required Qualification

Applicants must hold a:

• Master’s degree in the specified discipline from an accredited college or university.

Teaching Excellence
