Dr. Rashad Yazdanifard’s journey in education and leadership has been shaped by a sincere commitment to contributing positively. Currently serving as the Dean of Kings University College Malaysia, he plays a role in guiding the future of education. Originating from the corporate sector, he transitioned into academia, taking on various roles at institutions globally, with experiences in the Malaysia, UAE, Oman, Myanmar, Vietnam, Spain, Cambodia, and Indonesia.

Appreciated for his thoughtful approach, Dr. Yazdanifard served as the Senior Academic Manager at Westminster International College and as a Senior Consultant at Naza Corporation Holdings Sdn. Bhd. His involvement in education expanded to roles as an Adjunct Professor and Visiting Lecturer, where he emphasized the importance of training and development.

With a broadened perspective, he also served as an International Adjunct Faculty in Spain. Currently, Dr. Yazdanifard chairs EGN Malaysia, facilitating connections among professionals, and serves as the CEO of Expert Mind Solutions. Since undertaking the role of Dean, he remains committed to guiding the next generation of leaders at Kings University College Malaysia, with a strong emphasis on teaching, research, and training & development. His journey reflects a sincere pursuit of knowledge, a genuine passion for teaching, and a commitment to leadership, leaving a positive impact on education and professional development.

His contributions are also apparent in publications presented at national and international conferences and journals. His research spans diverse disciplines, including marketing, human resources, contemporary management issues, leadership, digital marketing, and international marketing, establishing him as a respected figure in both academic and professional circles.
