About Candidate

Currently, I serve as an Associate Professor at Chadli Bendjedid University in El Tarf, Algeria, where I have been actively engaged in delivering courses in constitutional law, administrative law, international law, and environmental legislation. My academic journey includes a PhD in Public Law from Badji Mokhtar University (Annaba), with a dissertation focused on the implementation of international resolutions and the fight against international terrorism—subjects that reflect my strong interest in global legal challenges.

In addition to my teaching duties, I have published extensively in peer-reviewed legal journals, addressing critical issues such as environmental protection, investment law, digital freedoms, and international criminal justice. I have also participated in numerous national and international conferences, and co-authored collective academic books in the domains of human rights and international law.
