A visionary leader with a passion for transforming lives through education, innovation, and skill development. I bring over 19 years of progressive experience in higher education as a professor, consultant, researcher, and trainer, having worked across diverse cultural and geographic contexts including Africa, Central Asia, and South Asia.
With a strong foundation in program development and curriculum design, I have successfully led and supported impactful educational initiatives at undergraduate, Master’s, and PhD levels. My expertise spans Monitoring & Evaluation, coaching, counseling, and the development of blended learning modules. I consistently challenge the status quo to enhance processes and systems, driving continuous improvement in academic and training environments.
I hold a Master of Science in Computer Science (India), an MBA in Human Resources & International Business (Kenya), and a PhD in Information Systems & Human Resource Management (Kenya). I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Science (DSc). In addition to my academic roles, I am the Co-founder of Xaricent Technology Ltd, a technology startup based in Delhi, India.
With a demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, manage complex situations, and build sustainable programs, I am eager to contribute to an organization that values innovation, learning, and global impact.
