Lecturer General Surgery Faculty of Medicine Al‑Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt, [2016] – Present. Deliver lectures, tutorials, and surgical skills training for medical students and postgraduate residents. Supervise residents and fellows during operations, outpatient clinics, and ward rounds. Design, update, and implement general surgery curriculum based on current evidence‑based practices. Serve as examiner in undergraduate and postgraduate clinical and written examinations. Conduct research in general surgery with publications in national and international journals. Participate in faculty committees and quality improvement programs.
Work & Experience
1st Consultant General Surgeon Al Azhar university hospitals and Egyptian medical syndicate. Perform elective and emergency surgeries including laparoscopic gastrointestinal, colorectal, hernia, breast, and trauma cases. Provide comprehensive patient care in outpatient clinics, including diagnosis, management, and follow‑up. Lead surgical teams in the operating theatre, ensuring adherence to safety and infection control standards. Mentor junior doctors and surgical trainees in operative and decision‑making skills.
