About Candidate

Accounting Lecturer and academic leader with 15 years of experience in higher education, seeking to transition into leadership. I possess strong theoretical and practical expertise in accounting principles and the application of contemporary accounting standards. I have designed, developed and delivered modules in financial accounting, management accounting, corporate governance, and quantitative research methods, including courses accredited by ACCA and CIMA. As Associate Director of Education, I have overseen the design, delivery, and quality assurance of UG and PG accountancy programmes. I have extensive quantitative research experience using large-scale datasets, and my work on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and related topics has been published in world-leading journals.
