With over a decade of teaching, supervisory, and HR experience in Jordan’s education and private sectors—and currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Management (HRM)—I am confident in my ability to contribute meaningfully to your academic community.
I am currently working as a BTEC Business Management Instructor and English teacher with the Ministry of Education in Jordan. My teaching experience ranges from vocational training to curriculum-aligned business modules. Previously, I held leadership roles in HR and customer care at firms such as Alu-B Company and City Mall, where I oversaw recruitment, training, and staff development. These experiences have equipped me with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for educating future business professionals.
My research focuses on leadership, innovation, and employee performance, and I have recently published in peer-reviewed journals including the International Journal of Learning and Intellectual Capital. I bring with me strong pedagogical skills, a passion for research, and the ability to engage students across cultures and learning levels.
