Dr. Mohammed Alzoraiki is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management at the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences (AFS), Gulf University, Bahrain. He earned his Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). With extensive academic and research experience spanning Malaysia, Yemen, and Bahrain, his work bridges HRM theory and practice across diverse organizational contexts. A prolific researcher with 71+ Scopus-indexed publications, approximately 2,689 Google Scholar citations, an h-index of 28 (Google Scholar) and 18 (Scopus), he brings strong quantitative analysis expertise utilizing SPSS, AMOS-SEM, and SmartPLS-SEM. He currently serves as Chair of the College Research Committee and Managing Editor of the International Journal of Intellectual Human Resource Management (IJIHRM), and actively supervises master’s students in HRM and management.
