Job Description

MEC is seeking Faculty members in Management Studies across several business and management specialisations.

Applicants should hold a relevant Master’s degree and have at least two years of teaching experience in a recognised higher education institution.

The position offers a fixed-term contract with a monthly salary of OMR 1,000–1,200.

Management Studies Faculty Oman – Specialisations

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in one of the following specialisations:

• Logistics Management.
• Human Resource Management.
• Public Administration.
• Marketing.
• Accounting and Finance.

Teaching Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be expected to:

• Deliver high-quality teaching.
• Apply engaging and student-centred teaching approaches.
• Support effective student learning.
• Monitor module delivery.
• Continuously improve student learning outcomes.

Curriculum and Assessment Development

Faculty members will contribute to the development of:

• Curriculum.
• Teaching materials.
• Assessments.
• Learning resources.

Teaching Innovation and Technology

The position requires faculty members to:

• Apply innovative teaching methods.
• Use educational technologies effectively.
• Support contemporary approaches to teaching and learning.

Required Qualification

Applicants must hold a:

• Master’s degree in one of the following areas:
  • Logistics Management.
  • Human Resource Management.
  • Public Administration.
  • Marketing.
  • Accounting and Finance.

Experience Requirement

Applicants must have:

• A minimum of two years of teaching experience in a recognised higher education institution.
