About Candidate
Early-career finance researcher with a PhD in Management Sciences (Finance) from the University of Montpellier. Research interests span corporate finance, corporate governance, ESG and sustainability, executive leadership, stakeholder engagement, and firm performance. My research examines how CEO and board characteristics shape firm valuation and corporate sustainability outcomes using large-scale firm-level data and quantitative econometric methods. My work has been published in Business Strategy and the Environment and Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, with additional research currently under review. I am committed to developing a research agenda that combines corporate governance and finance with emerging questions in sustainable finance while contributing to high-quality teaching and academic service.
