About the Role

Majan University College requires academic staff in the grade of Head of Faculty – Business Management to lead in the areas of Academic Leadership, Research, and Innovation.

Candidate Requirements

  • A Ph.D. in Business, Management, or a related discipline from a recognized university (mandatory)
  • Proven academic leadership and administrative experience in higher education
  • Strong research and publication record in reputable journals
  • Demonstrated success in programme development, accreditation, and quality assurance
  • Active engagement with industry partnerships, entrepreneurship, and innovation
  • Excellent strategic planning, staff mentoring, and decision-making skills
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • IELTS 7.0 or equivalent
