Dr. Hidayat Abu Elhawa is an Assistant Professor and academic English instructor at Al-Istiqlal University in Jericho, Palestine. Holding a PhD in TESOL from the University of Nicosia, her research focuses on e-learning methodologies, digital pedagogies, and English Language Teaching (ELT). She is the author of the groundbreaking PEACE Framework for teacher preparation in digital education and has published extensively on topics including emergency remote teaching and the integration of technology in learning. Dr. Abu Elhawa is also recognized for her contributions to the academic community, serving as a judge for the QS Reimagine Education Awards 2025.
