I hold a Ph.D. degree and possess extensive academic and administrative experience in the fields of Economics and Management. Throughout my academic career, I have held several senior academic and leadership positions, most recently serving as President of Ibn Khaldun University in Baghdad. I also served as Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Al-Fateh University in Tripoli, Head of the Department of Management at Al-Isra University in Amman, and Head of the Department of Economics at both Al-Mustansiriyah University in Baghdad and Salahaddin University in Erbil, Iraq.
In addition, I have extensive teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. I have taught a wide range of courses, including Economic Theory, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Money and Banking, Monetary Theory, Strategic Planning, Project Evaluation, Project Management, Economic Feasibility Studies, Human Resource Management, Management Information Systems, and Marketing Management.
Furthermore, I have been actively involved in academic research and the supervision of graduate students and research projects. I am strongly committed to academic excellence and to the implementation of modern teaching methodologies, including online and blended learning.
I am particularly interested in opportunities for online and distance education and possess the ability to effectively deliver courses through modern Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual teaching platforms.

My Ph.D. dissertation focused on Strategic Human Resource Planning and its role in enhancing organizational effectiveness and achieving sustainable competitive advantage. The study examined methods for forecasting human resource requirements, aligning workforce planning with organizational strategic objectives, and developing effective policies for recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and career development in order to improve organizational performance and adaptability to environmental changes.
